      Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in 
      consideration of the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars, cash to him 
      paid by the said parties of the second part, at and before the sealing and 
      delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, 
      has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does 
      grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said parties of the second part, 
      share and share alike, their heirs and assigns, the following described 
      real property on the island of St. Simons, in Glynn County, Georgia, to 
      wit:
          All of those two certain 
      tracts, lots or parcels of land which are known, numbered and 
      distinguished as lots numbers nine (9) and ten (10) each of said lots 
      being forty by ninety (40x90) feet in dimensions of Kaufman’s St. 
      Simons tract, as shown upon the survey and map of said tract made by 
      E.A. Penniman, County Surveyor, which is recorded in Book VV, folio 
      289, of the general records of Glynn County, Georgia, full reference 
      thereto being had;
          Together with all and 
      singular the rights, members, easements, hereditaments and appurtenances 
      unto the same belonging or in anywise appertaining;
          To Have and To Hold the 
      said described and bargained premises and property unto the said parties 
      of the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever in fee simple;
          And the said party of the 
      first part, for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, will 
      warrant and forever defend unto the said parties of the second part, their 
      heirs and assigns, the right and title to the said described and conveyed 
      property against the claims of himself and all persons claiming by, 
      through or under him, and as well against the claim or claims of all and 
      every other person or persons whomsoever claiming or to claim the same.
          In Witness Whereof, The 
      said party of the first part has hereto set his hand and affixed his seal 
      on this the day and year first above written.

State of Georgia, County of Glynn.
          This Indenture, 
      made this Fourteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord One 
      Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-Two (1922) between J.J. Smith, of 
      the County of Glynn of the first part, and A.R. Berrie of the 
      County of Glynn of the second part;
          Witnesseth: That the said 
      party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred 
      and Fifty Dollars, in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of 
      these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, 
      bargained, sold and conveyed and quit claim, and by these presents does 
      grant, bargain, sell and convey and quit claim unto the said party of the 
      second, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land lying or 
      being in the County of Glynn and in the said
State of Georgia, described as follows, to wit: One 
      Hundred (100) acres, more or less, situate, lying and being on Blythe 
      Island in the 27th District G.M. of Glynn County, Georgia, and bounded as 
      follows: North by lands of A.R. Berrie; East by lands of 
      Littlefield and Hasman; South by the Salt Water Marsh and on 
      the West by lands of Harry Lipthrott, with all the rights members 
      and appurtenance to the said A.R. Berrie in anywise appertaining or 
      in anyway belonging.
          To Have and To Hold the 
      said bargained premises, together with all and singular the rights, 
      members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging or in 
      anywise appertaining; to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of A.R 
      Berrie the said party of the second part, his heirs, executors, 
      administrators and assigns, in Fee Simple.
          And the said party of the 
      first part, his heirs, executors and administrators, the said bargained 
      promise unto the said party of the second part, his heirs, executors, 
      administrators and assigns, against said party of the first part, his 
      heirs, executors and administrators and all and every other person or 
      persons claiming under him shall and will warrant and forever defend by 
      virtue of these presents.
          In Witness Whereof, the 
      said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and affixed his 
      seal the day and year first above written.

      made the 2nd day of September, 1922, between Catherine Holliday of 
      the County of Glynn and State of Georgia of the first part and Mary 
      Harris of the County of Glynn and State of Georgia as party of the 
      second part:
          Witnesseth: That the said 
      party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred 
      Seventy-Five and NO/100 Dollars, in hand paid, at and before the sealing 
      and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
      acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these 
      presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the 
      second part her heirs and assigns, the following described property 
      to-wit:
          All the following land 
      situate, lying and being in the County of Glynn, State of Georgia, and 
      particularly described as follows: The Southern One third (1/3) of the 
      Eastern one-half (1/2) of Town Commons lot Number sixty one (61) located 
      in the City of Brunswick, Georgia, as shown upon the Town Commons Division 
      of the map of said City made by Harwood J. Simmons, C.E. in the 
      year 1891, which map is on file in the office of the clerk of the Mayor 
      and Council of said City. Said fractional lot being Thirty by Ninety 
      (30x90) feet in dimensions, and being bounded as follows: On the North 
      Ninety (90) feet by the remaining portion of the Eastern One-Half (1/2) of 
      said lot Number Sixty One (61): On the East, Thirty (30) feet by Cochran 
      Avenue; On the South Ninety (90) feet by the Eastern One-half (1/2) of
