This Indenture made the nineteenth day of May in the year of our Lord Eighteen
hundred and eighty one between S. Mumford of Waynesville in the County of
Wayne and State of Georgia of the first part and Jupiter Gilliard of the
county of Glynn State of Georgia of the second part.
Witnesseth, that the said S.
Mumford for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty
dollars ($350) to him in hand paid by the said Jupiter Gilliard the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hat granted bargained and sold and by
these presents doth grant, convey and confirm unto the said Jupiter Gilliard;
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever all and singular that
certain piece or parcel of land situate in the County of Glynn and known
as the Ribron tract near the Miller lands containing about
Three Hundred acres more or less, together with all and singular the tenements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the estate, title, and interest
of the said S. Mumford to the said premises or any part thereof.

Indenture made this the twentieth day of December in the year of our Lord one
thousand and eight hundred and eighty nine, between Norman W. Dodge, of
the city, County and State of New York, as party of the first part and James
M. Madden, of the county of Glynn and State of Georgia, as party of the
second part.
Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Fourteen hundred ($1400)
Dollars to him cash in hand paid, in lawful money of the United States, by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the said party of the
first part has granted bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, confirmed and
enfeoffed[?], and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien convey,
confirm and enfeoff unto the
