containing one acre more or less.
        The Interest hereby conveyed by the 
said party of the first part to the said parties of the second part having been 
by him acquired by reason of his being an heir at law of John A. Harris 
deceased.
        To Have and to Hold the above 
described and hereby conveyed property unto the said parties of the second part 
their heirs and assigns forever in Fee Simple.  Together with all and 
singular the rights, members and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any 
wise appertaining.
        And the said party of the first part 
will, and his heirs executors and administrators shall the right and title to 
the property hereby conveyed, forever warrant and defend unto the said parties 
of the second part their heirs and assigns against the lawful claim or demand of 
all persons whomsoever by virtue of these presents.
        In Witness whereof the said party of 
the first part has hereunto set his hand, affixed his seal and delivered these 
presents the day and year herein first above written.

This Indenture made and entered into on this the 10th day of July, in the year 
of our lord one thousand eight hundred and Ninety by and between Maria Bean 
of the county and state aforesaid, party of the first part, and Mary A.  
Roberts (formerly Clubb), Algenora Farmer (formerly Clubb),
Lillie D. Gornto (formerly Clubb), Alice H. Clubb, James A. 
Clubb, and Nina P. Jones (formerly Clubb)
all of said county and state parties of the second part.
        Witnesseth that the said party for 
and consideration of sum of one hundred dollars ($100) lawful money of the 
United States of America to cash in hand paid at and before the sealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged and 
conferred, hat granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth 
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said parties of the second part 
(who are the heirs at law of Matilda) their heirs and assigns all the 
right title and interest owned by the said party of the first part, in and to 
all that certain tract, lot or parcel of land situated lying and being in the 
"New Town" of the City of Brunswick, and particularly described in a deed made 
by Lewis W. Harris to James A. Clubb as trustee for Matilda 
Clubb, dated the fifth (5) day of May 1866, and recorded in the general 
records of said county, Book GG page 68 in the 24th day of December 1889, as 
follows, to wit:  All that lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and 
being in lots thirty seven (37) and thirty eight (38) and bounded on the north 
and south by lands owned by Proprietors of the City of Brunswick on the east by 
lands belonging to Lewis W. Harris and on the west by lands owned by 
B.M. Cargyle and Isham W. Hawkins containing one acre more or less.
        The Interest hereby conveyed being 
acquired by the said party of the first part by reason of having been an heir at 
law of John A. Harris deceased.
        To Have and to Hold the above 
described and hereby conveyed property unto the said parties of the second part 
their heirs and assigns forever in Fee Simple together with all and singular the 
rights members and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise 
appertaining.
And the said party of the first part will and her heirs, executors and 
administrators shall the right and title to the property hereby conveyed, 
forever warrant and defend unto the said parties of the second part against the 
lawful claims or demands of all persons whomsoever by virtue of these presents.
        In Witness whereof the said party of 
the first part hath hereunto set her hand affixed her seal and delivered these 
presents, the day and year first above written.

Eight Hundred and Eighty Nine (1889) Between Sallie L. Wylly of said 
state and county, party of the first part and James M. Couper of the city 
of Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, party of the second part.
        Witnesseth that the said Sallie L. 
Wylly for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred 
Dollars ($1800.00) cash to her in hand paid by said James M. Couper at 
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of whereof is 
hereby acknowledged; Has granted bargained, sold and confirmed and by these 
presents does grant, bargain, sell, release convey and confirm unto said 
James M. Couper his heirs and assigns,
        All that certain lot
his seal this twenty fourth day of July A.D. 1871.

      this the twentieth day of March in the year of Our Lord one thousand 
      Eighteen Hundred and Seventy four between James S. Blain and 
      John I. Harris of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and
      Robert Farmer of Camden County said State of the other part.
          Witnesseth that the said
      James S. Blain and John I. Harris for and in consideration 
      of the sum of Five Hundred dollars to them in hand paid at and before 
      sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
      acknowledged have granted bargained, sold and conveyed and do by these 
      presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Robert Farmer 
      his heirs and assigns all that tract lot or parcel of land situate lying 
      and being on the New Town of the City of Brunswick county of Glynn and 
      said
State and known in the plan said city as that part of 
      five acre ranges numbers thirty seven and thirty eight, commencing at the 
      point on the North line of  Five acre Range No. 37 where the West 
      line of "D" Street intersects the said North line and running South along 
      the said West Line of "D" Street to the South line of "K" Street and 
      thence running West along the said South line of "K" to James A. 
      Clubb's land formerly owned by John A. Harris, and thence 
      running North along the line of James A. Clubb's land to the North 
      line of Five Acre Range No. 37 and thence running East along the line of 
      said Five Acre Range to place of beginning.  All of the tract above 
      described being now under fence together with the improvements therein?.
          To Have and to hold the 
      said tract or parcel of land to him the said Robert Farmer his 
      heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights, members, and 
      appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their 
      own proper use concept and behoof forever in fee simple.
          And the said James S. 
      Blain and John I. Harris for themselves their heirs executors 
      and administrators the said bargain premises to the said Robert Farmer 
      his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title 
      thereof against themselves the claim of all other person whomsoever.
          In witness whereof the 
      said James S. Blain and John I. Harris have hereunto set 
      their hands affixed their seals the day and year above written.

      Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety (1890) by and between The St. Simons 
      Land and Improvement Company a corporation created under the laws of the 
      sate of New York and having its chief office in the city, county and state 
      of New York but conveying in corporate business in the County of Glynn and 
      State of Georgia:  acting by and through its President W.W. Niles 
      and its secretary Daniel A. Kendall both residing in the city, 
      county and state of New York the party of the first part, and Thomas G. 
      Stacy of the City of Brunswick, County of Glynn and State of Georgia 
      the party of the second part.
          Witnesseth that the said 
      party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar 
      Cash to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and before 
      the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
      acknowledged has granted bargained sold and conveyed, and by these 
      presents does grant bargain sell and convey under the restrictions therein 
      after named unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, 
      all that parcel of land on the Island of St. Simons
