Glynn County     }      This Indenture made this fourteenth[?] day of April in 
the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and sixty six between William 
Anderson of the County and State aforesaid of the one part John R. Cook, 
George S. Cook, William Moore and Warren Fuller of the County of 
Worcester and State of Massachusetts of the other part.
            Witnesseth that the said William Anderson for and in 
consideration of the sum of ten dollars to him cash in hand paid at and before 
the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents 
remise release and forever quit claim unto the said John R. Cook, George L. 
Cook, William Moore & Warren A. Fuller their heirs and assigns all 
the right title interest claim or demand the said William Anderson has or 
may have had in and to a certain lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and 
being in the County and State aforesaid and known and distinguished according to 
the plan of the Town of Brunswick as surveyed by George R. Baldwin civil 
Engineer as Water lot number thirty four in the old Town of Brunswick and 
bounded as follows, on the North by Water lot number thirty three on the East by 
Bay street on the South by Water lot number thirty five and on the West by 
Turtle River with all the right members and appurtenances to the same in any 
wise appertaining or belonging.
            To Have and to Hold said lot or parcel of land to the said John 
R. Cook, George L. Cook, William Moore and Warren A. Fuller their 
heirs and assigns so that neither the said William Anderson nor his heirs 
nor any other person or persons claiming under him shall at any time hereafter 
by any or means have claim or demand or right title or interest in or to the 
aforesaid lot or parcel of land or the appurtenance or any part thereof.
            In Testimony whereof the said William Anderson hath hereunto 
set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above written.

between James Myers Senior of the first part and George C. Myers 
of the second part both parties being of the County and State aforesaid.
            Witnesseth that the said James Myers Senior for and in 
consideration

the sum of One thousand dollars to him in cash paid at and before the sealing 
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath 
granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain 
sell and convey unto the said George C. Myers party of the second part 
his heirs and assigns all those lots tracts and parcels of land situate lying 
and being in the County of Glynn and Sate aforesaid and known and distinguished 
as the Hopewell Tract and bounded as follows on the North by Turtle River on the 
East by Butler Creek and Zach Timmons Land on the South by Latson 
Myers and W.A. Sallens land on the West by Bonaventure tract owned by
John P. Scarlett said bargained and sold tract of land containing one 
hundred and Eighty acres more or less known and distinguished  as Benjamin 
Liles survey and bounded on the north by Zach Timmons land on the 
east by Zach Timmons land on the South by Latson Myers land and on 
the West by the Hopewell tract of land above described also forty head of stock 
cattle marked with an under bit in each ear and branded with the letter “M”.
            To have and to hold said bargained and sold land and stock cattle 
unto him said George C. Myers his heirs and assigns together with all and 
singular the rights members and appurtenances and hereditament unto the same in 
any wise belonging or appertaining in fee simple forever and the said James 
Myers Senr. For himself his heirs executors and administrators  the said 
bargained and sold land and premises and stock cattle unto the said George C. 
Myers his heirs and assigns will warrant and by these presents forever 
defend the right & title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all 
other persons whomsoever.
            In witness whereof the said James Myers party of the first 
part has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above

Glynn County     }      Milton Frohock carpenter claims an encumbrance on 
the house and premises on which it is erected of James M. Coleman 
adjoining lands of Thomas Bourke and the estate of P.H. McCrum for 
the building of said house said house being erected on lot number fifty five in 
the old Town of Brunswick.

Glynn County      }     This Indenture made and entered into this thirty first 
day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty six 
between John R. Cook, Geo. L. Cook, William Moore and Warren A. Fuller 
of the county of Worcester and state of Massachusetts and Gustav Friedlander 
of the County of Glynn and State of Georgia.  Witnesseth the said Jno. R. 
Cook, George L. Cook, William Moore and Warren A. Fuller hath this 
day made and delivered to said Gustavus Friedlander their certain 
promissory note subscribed with their hands and having even date with these 
presents whereby the said John R. Cook, George L. Cook, William Moore and
Warren A. Fuller hath promised to paid [sic] to said Gustavus 
Friedlander or order the sum of five hundred dollars on or before the thirty 
first day of March in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and sixty seven for 
value received:  here and for in consideration of ten dollars lawful money by 
the said Gustavus Friedlander to the said John R. Cook, George L. 
Cook, William Moore and Warren A. Fuller in hand paid at and before 
the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged, as well as for the better securing the payment of the aforesaid 
promissory note the said John R. Cook, George L. Cook, William Moore and
Warren A. Fuller hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by 
these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Gustavus 
Friedlander his heirs and assigns all that tract lot or parcel of land 
situate lying and being in the City of Brunswick County and State first 
aforesaid and known and distinguished as Water lot number thirty (34) four in 
the old town of Brunswick according to the plan of said City by George R. 
Baldwin Civil Engineer and bounded on the north by lot number thirty three 
East by Bay street South lot number thirty five and West by Turtle River.
            Together with all the rights members and appurtenances to said lot 
of land in any manner belonging or appertaining.
            To Have and to Hold the said bargained premises to the said 
Gustavus Friedlander his heirs and assigns to his or their own proper use 
benefit and behoof forever and John R. Cook, George L. Cook, William Moore 
and Warren A. Fuller for themselves their heirs executors and 
administrators said

hundred & sixty dollars to him in cash in hand paid at and before the sealing

bargain sell and convey unto the said George C. Myers party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns the lots or tract of land situate lying and being in 
the County of Glynn and State aforesaid and known and distinguished as the New 
Hope Tract and and [sic] bounded as follows on the North by the Hopewell Tract 
of land on the East by Hopewell Tract of land on the East by the Hopewell Tract 
of land [sic] owned by Mr. John Scarlett said bargained and sold tract of 
land containing one hundred and seventy five acres more or less.
            To Have and to Hold said bargained and sold land unto him said 
George C. Myers his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the 
rights members and appurtenances and hereditaments unto the same in any wise 
belonging or appertaining in fee simple forever, and the said James Myers 
Senior for himself his heirs Executors and administrators the said bargained 
and sold land and premises unto the said George C. Myers his heirs and 
assigns will warrant and by these presents forever defend the right & title 
thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons 
whomsoever.

      This Indenture made this first day of June Eighteen hundred and sixty 
      seven between Bridget C. Minehan (widow of the late Timothy 
      Minehan deceased) of the County and State aforesaid of the one part 
      and Mary Catherine Minehan, James R. Minehan and George Henry 
      Minehan minor children of the said Timothy and Bridget C. 
      Minehan of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said
      Bridget C. Minehan for and in consideration of the sum of five 
      dollars Cash in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and 
      for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which she the 
      said Bridget C. Minehan has and bears to her said Children Mary 
      Catherine Minehan, James Richard and George Henry Minehan hath 
      given granted and conveyed, and by these presents doth give grant and 
      convey to the said Mary Catherine Minehan, James Richard and 
      George Henry Minehan their heirs and assigns all of that interest 
      which she the said Bridget C. Minehan as widow of the said 
      Timothy Minehan deceased has or may have had in the property real 
      personal and mixed[?] of the said Timothy Minehan deceased the same 
      being one fourth of said property consisting of forty one shares of the 
      Macon and Brunswick Rail Road amounting to one thousand and seventy five 
      dollars all paid in, Lot No. (643) six hundred and forty three in the New 
      Town and City of Brunswick purchased of the Proprietors of the City of 
      Brunswick [two illegible words] on the purchase money. Lot No. (390) three 
      hundred and ninety in said New Town of Brunswick together with the 
      interest in the household and kitchen furniture money due and demands of 
      the said Timothy Minehan which she the said Bridget C. Minehan, 
      as widow of the said Timothy Minehan in law and Equity inlisted[?], 
      together with all of her rights title and interest to ten and a half 
      shares in the Brunswick and Macon Rail Road Company certificates of which 
      were granted to the said Bridget C. Minehan by Charles Schlatter 
      president & treasurer of said Company leasing date May 8th and October 5th 
      1863 as will fully appear by refinance[?] to the books of the said 
      Company. And also lot No. (644) six hundred and forty four in the New Town 
      of Brunswick conveyed by Michael Minehan by deed leaving[?] date 
      the Sixteenth day of October Eighteen hundred and Sixty three and recorded 
      in the Clerk’s office of the Superior Court in Book N March 15th 1866.
          To have and to hold said 
      property as above described and designated so far as to the interest of 
      the said Bridget C. Minehan extends as widow of the said Timothy 
      Minehan and as sole proprietor of the residues to them the Mary 
      Catherine Minehan, James Richard and George Henry Minehan and 
      their heirs and assigns share & share alike together with all and singular 
      the rights members and appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging 
      to them and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever in fee simple.

      and Sixty eight, between the Mayor and Council of the City of Brunswick on 
      one part and Mrs. Jane Bryan of the County of Chatham and State 
      aforesaid of the other part.
          Witnesseth that the said 
      Mayor and Council in behalf of the City of Brunswick do [illegible] and 
      [illegible] and [illegible] the said Mrs. Jane Bryan all that Lot 
      or parcel of Land on the Town Commons of Brunswick known as the “block” 
      bounded on the North by extension of Monk Street South by extension of 
      Mansfield Street and by extension of Stonewall Street and West by Cochran 
      Avenue containing four hundred and fifty five by two hundred feet.
          To have and to hold the 
      same unto the said Mrs. Jane Bryan her heirs and assigns subject to 
      the same rate of taxes [illegible] Real Estate in Brunswick for term of 
      year expiring on the second day of March in the year of our Lord Eighteen 
      hundred and Sixty seven, She or they yielding and paying three of the 
      yearly rents of Eight dollars semi-annually in advance. And it is further 
      agreed that the rent payment[?] of Tax (City) or rent as the [illegible] 
      of fifteen days after the same shall have become due or fail to have.
          Improvements to the 
      amount of Six Hundred Dollars Erected on said Lots [illegible] two years 
      from the date of this lease by the said Mrs. Jane Bryan her heirs 
      and assigns the said Mayor & Council are hereby empowered and authorized 
      to reenter and possess said Land.
          And it is further agreed, 
      That the said Mayor and Council will appoint upon written notice the 
      defense of any suit or suits as Law that may be brought for the possession 
      of said Land. This lease granted by virtue of an ordinance of Council 
      passed the 20th day of March A.D. 1868.

and Seventy four dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in 
hand paid by the said party of the Second part at and before the Sealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has 
granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed and by these presents doth grant, 
bargain, sell and convey unto the Said party of the second part, his heirs and

                                    This indenture this Twentieth day of July 
Eighteen hundred and Sixty between Henry F. Beach, Sheriff of the County 
aforesaid of the one part and Robert S. Pritchard of the same 
place of the other part.  Witnesseth that whereas said Sheriff did lately seize 
and levy upon a certain tract of land situate lying and being in the County 
aforesaid and bounded as follows on the North East and West by Burnett’s 
land South by [illegible] survey containing three hundred and thirty three acres 
more or less as the property of Hamilton A. Kenrick by virtue of a writ 
of feiri facias issued from the Superior Court of said County enforced of 
John M. Tison against said Hamilton A. Kenrick and after publicly 
advertising said tract of land agreeable to law said Sheriff did put up and 
expose the same to sale at public outcry on the first Tuesday in July instant at 
the door of the Court house in Brunswick in said County within the legal hours 
of sale when said tract of land was knocked off to said Robert S. Pritchard 
at and for the sum of twenty five dollars he being the highest and best bidder 
now for and in consideration of twenty five dollars in hand paid to said Sheriff 
by him the said Robert S. Pritchard as at and before the sealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said 
Sheriff hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain 
and sell (so far as the office of Sheriff authorizes him unto him the said 
Robert S. Pritchard his heirs and assigns all the rights title and interest 
of the said Hamilton A. Kenrick in said lot of land of which the said 
Hamilton A. Kenrick was seized and possessed as aforesaid with all the 
rights members and appurtenance these into belonging or in anywise appertaining 
to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof for ever.  In Witness whereof

seventeenth day of June in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty six between 
James Myers administrator of the goods and chattels rights and credits which 
were of William Miller deceased of the first part and Charles F. 
Miller of the second part the parties of the first part and second part 
being of the County and State aforesaid.  Witnesseth that whereas the Inferior 
Court acting as a Court of Ordinary for said County of Glynn did at said Court 
under an order of said Court empowered the said James Myers as 
administrator as aforesaid to sell and dispose of water lot (25) twenty five in 
the old Town of Brunswick bounded south by George Street east by Bay street 
north by lot (24) twenty four West by Turtle River also bay lot (27) twenty 
seven bounded north by lot (26) twenty six East by Oglethorpe street South by 
lot (28) twenty eight west by Bay street each of said lots containing ninety 
feet front one hundred and eighty feet depth property of the said William 
Miller deceased.
            And whereas the said James Myers having given public notice 
of said sale for sixty days in a newspaper published in this state in terms of 
the statutes in such case made and provided and having complied with all the 
requirements of the law therein did on the first Tuesday in September eighteen 
hundred and thirty seven proceed to expose for sale before the court house door 
between the hours limited by
law 
for such sale the lots hereinafter described and whereas the said Charles F. 
Miller bought said lots of and for the sum of Eighty dollars which was the 
highest amount bid for the same at said sale and whereas the said Charles F. 
Miller did purchase said lots and pay the amount of purchase money and 
whereas no title has as yet been made to him the said Charles F. Miller 
by the administrator aforesaid.  Now the said James Myers administrator 
as aforesaid in consideration of the said sum of Eighty dollars to him in hand 
paid by the said Charles F. Miller witness to the making of this deed the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened and 
conveyed and by these presents does grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Charles F. Miller his heirs and assigns Bay lot (27) twenty seven and 
water lot (25) twenty five in the old Town of Brunswick bounded as above said.  
To have and to hold the aforesaid premises to the aforesaid Charles F. Miller 
his heirs and assigns forever.
            In testimony whereof the said James Myers administrator of 
William Miller deceased has hereunto set his hand and seal this day and year 
above written.

Glynn County     }      This Indenture made the eighteenth day of June in the 
year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty six between Charles F. 
Miller of the first part and James Myers of the second part.
            Witnesseth that the said Charles F. Miller for and in 
consideration of the sum of Eighty dollars to him in hand paid by the said 
James Myers at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened 
remised released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell 
alien remise release and confirm unto the said James Myers and to his 
heirs and assigns water lot number (25) twenty five in the old Town of Brunswick 
bounded south by George Street east by Bay street north by lot No. (24) twenty 
four and west by Turtle River.  Also Bay lot No. (27) twenty seven bounded north 
by lot (26) twenty six East by Oglethorpe street south by lot (28) twenty eight 
and west by Bay street.  Each of the aforesaid lots containing ninety feet front 
by one hundred and eighty feet back in depth.
            Together with all and singular the houses out-houses edifices 
buildings stables yards gardens liberties privileges easements commodities 
emoluments hereditaments members and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto 
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder 
and remainders rents issues and profits and all the estate right title interest 
property or possession claim and demands whatsoever in law or in equity of the 
said Charles F. Miller of in or to the same or any part or parcel thereof 
with the appurtenances.  To have and to hold the said bargained premises being 
lots twenty five and twenty seven in the old Town of Brunswick and all and 
singular other[?] the premises hereby granted bargained sold aliened and 
confirmed with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the said James Myers 
heirs and assigns to the only use and behoof the said James Myers lastly 
the said Charles F. Miller and his heirs the said lots twenty five and 
twenty seven in the said old town of Brunswick as aforesaid and premises and the 
right and title thereof unto the said James Myers his heirs and assigns 
against all and every other person whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever 
defend these presents.
            In witness whereof the said Charles F. Miler hath hereunto

in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars to him in hand paid by the 
said Obediah F. Adams at or before the sealing and delivery of these 
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold 
aliened remised released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain 
sell alien remise release and confirm unto the said Obediah F. Adams and 
to his heirs and assigns a certain lot of land known as lot twenty five (25) in 
the old Town of Brunswick being ninety feet in
front and one hundred and eighty feet in depth bounded south by George Street 
East by Bay Street north by lot (24) twenty four and west by Turtle River.  
Together will all and singular the houses out-houses edifices buildings stables

the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven and in the 
Eighty first year of the independence of the United States of America between 
Obediah F. Adams of the County of Bibb on the one part and T.R. Bloom 
of the County of Bibb of the other part.  Witnesseth that the said Obediah F. 
Adams for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars in hand 
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened conveyed and 
confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm 
unto the said Thurston R. Bloom his heirs and assigns all that undivided 
fourth of water lot in the old Town of Brunswick Georgia known and designated as 
water lot number (25) twenty five according to plan of survey.  To have and to 
hold the said undivided one fourth
To 
have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto the said “The Macon and 
Brunswick Rail Road Company” its successors and assigns together with all and 
singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same belonging or 
in anywise appertaining to its an their own proper use benefit and behoof 
forever in fee simple.
            And the said Urbanus Dart as Trustee as aforesaid for himself 
his successors in the trust the cestique trust their heirs executors and 
administrators the said bargained premises to the said party of the second part 
its successors and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and Title 
thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons 
whomsoever.
            In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto 
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

To have and hold all and singular the above mentioned and
described premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns 
together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances 
thereunto in any manner belonging to him with his own proper use benefit and 
behoof forever in fee simple and be the said party of the first part the said 
bargained premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns 
its successors and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title 
thereof against its self and against the claims of all other persons.
            In witness whereof the said party of the first part has caused its 
Corporate seal to be herewith affixed and these presents to be signed by it

Grady a Commissioner resident in the City of New York duly Commissioned and qualified by the executive authority and under the laws of the State of Georgia to take acknowledgements of Deeds &c to be used on record therein personally appeared Jeremiah Milbank the President of the Corporation of “The Proprietors of the City of Brunswick”, and Geo. W. Able the secretary of the same company to me respectively known who being by me duly sworn did depose and say that they reside in the City County and State of New York that he said [sic] Jeremiah is the President and he said [sic] Geo. W. Able is the secretary of the said Company: That they know the Corporate seal of the said Company that the seal affixed to the within Instrument is such Corporate seal; that it was so affixed by order of the Board of Directors of said Company and that they severally signed their names thereto by the like order as President and Secretary thereof; and the said Jeremiah Milbank and Geo. W. Able severally acknowledged to me that they had executed the said Instrument freely and voluntarily and as the act and deed of the said “The Proprietors of the City of Brunswick” and for the use and purposes therein mentioned. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my official seal this twenty ninth day of July Eighteen hundred and sixty eight.
