County of Glynn      }      The Brunswick Savings & Trust Company does hereby join in the foregoing Deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing the lien held by the Brunswick Savings & Trust Company under a mortgage from John E. duBignon unto this Company so far as relates to and concerns[?] the Western one fourth of Old Town lot number four hundred and sixty one (1/4 461) in the foregoing deed from John E. duBignon to Grace Methodist Episcopal Church, and the Trustees thereof, fully mentioned and described.
          Witness the appropriate signature and seal of this company on this the 9th day of February 1899.

County of Glynn   }      An Indenture, entered into and made on the 23rd day of February A.D. Eighteen hundred ninety-nine by and between Seaport Lodge No. 68 I.O.O.F (a corporation duly incorporated under and by virtue of the laws of said State) of said County and State, acting by and through H.B. Treadwell, E.J. McTighe, and Alfred Green as its trustees, party of the first part and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth McVeigh of the City of Brunswick, County and State aforesaid party of the second part. Whereas at a regular meeting held by said Seaport Lodge I.O.O.F. the said H.B. Treadwell, E.J. McTighe and Alfred Green as such trustees as aforesaid were by a resolution of said Lodge authorized, empowered and directed to sell and convey the property hereinafter described and conveyed now therefore this Indenture. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars, cash in hand paid by the party of the second part, unto the party of the first part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, [illegible], conveyed and confirmed,

and does by these presents grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, [illegible], convey and confirm unto the party of the second part her heirs and assigns for the sole use and benefit of the said party of the second part, all of that lot, tract or parcel of land, situate lying and being in said State and County and in the City of Brunswick, therein, and in that part of said City called Old Town. Comprising the southern thirty by ninety feet of that lot of land in said City known and distinguished on the map thereof, made by George R. Baldwin in the year 1837 as Old Town lot No. Three hundred and thirty three (333) said tract hereby conveyed bounded on the East by Norwich Street, on the South by Hillsboro Square on the West by Egmon [sic] Street, and on the North by remainder of the same lot and having the following distances and causes to wit, Commencement at a point on the West side of Norwich Street, where the same intersects with Hillsboro Square at the South East corner of said lot No. (333) three hundred and thirty three and running thence in a northerly direction thirty feet along the western side of Norwich Street thence Westerly ninety feet to Egmon [sic] Street, thence Southerly along the Eastern side of Egmon [sic] Street thirty feet to Hillsboro Square, and thence along the Northern edge of said square ninety feet to the initial point. Together with the remainder and reversions the [illegible] and hereditaments, and all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances unto the same in any manner appertaining and belonging. To Have and To Hold said tract of land with the appurtenances unto the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, for their sole use, benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the party of the first and their successors in office shall and will unto the party of the second part her heirs and assigns, said bargained and described property with the appurtenances and the quiet and peaceable enjoyment and possession thereof warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents. In Testimony whereof the said H.B. Treadwell, E.J. McTighe, and Alfred Green, Trustees of said Seaport Lodge No. 68 I.O.O.F. as party of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above written.
