This Indenture made and entered into this Twentieth day of May in the year
of our lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty one between T.W.
Dexter party of the first part and Mrs. Ida M. Dexter his wife
party of the second part of said County and State. Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the Love and
affection he has for his said Wife the party of the second part, as well
as for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has given, granted, conveyed and by these presents
gives, grants, & conveys to the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns all of his right, title and interest in the following
described property to wit. That tract of land in the City of
Brunswick said County and State known in the plan of said City as Old Town
Lot Number Two hundred and fifty nine (259) with the improvements, also
portions of Bay Lots in said Old Town of Brunswick said County & State
known as Bay Lots numbers Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) said portions of
number Eleven (11) being one (1) Two (2) Three (3) and six (6) and said
portions of number Twelve (12) being Two (2) Three (3) Four (4) Five (5)
and six (6) sections of said lots 30x90 feet each, also all of his right,
title and interest in Water Lot in said Old Town of said City County and
State known as number Nineteen (19) also all his right, title and interest
in the Dredge Hercules in money due by the Georgia & Florida Steam
Dredging Company or to become due from said Company as well as his
interest in the partnership business of said Georgia & Florida Steam
Dredging Company, also all of the personal property Household furniture
and all and all [sic] kinds of personal property & chases[?] in
actions[?]. To have and to hold said property both real and personal
freed from all claim of any person claiming by through or under him
forever.

Indenture made this the Nineteenth (19) day of May in the year of Our Lord
Eighteen hundred and eighty one between Robert Farmer of said State
and County of the one part and Nora Farmer wife of the said
Robert Farmer of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth
that the said Robert Farmer of the said State and county for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to him the said Robert Farmer
Cash in hand paid by the said Nora Farmer, wife of Robert Farmer,
as aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and for the
natural love and affection which he the said Robert Farmer has and
bears to his wife, Nora Farmer and his three children to wit:
Robert M. Farmer, Roland L. Farmer, Durfet Farmer
born to him by said wife Nora Farmer, hath given, granted, and conveyed and doth by these presents give grant and convey to the said Nora Farmer and her three children to wit: Farmer Farmer Farmer for her use and benefit and for the use and benefit of three children aforesaid now living and such children as may be born to me by said wife Nora Farmer [illegible] on her decease to such child or children as she may leave in life to wit: All that parcel lot or tract of land, situated lying and being in the New Town of the City of Brunswick, said County and State and bounded bounded [sic] as follows--on the North by five acre Range Number thirty six (36) East by "D" Street, running South one hundred and thirty feet more or less South by lands of James A. Clubb as Trustee for his wife and children and West by lands formerly owned by John A. Harris. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land [illegible] Nora Farmer and her children as above stated together with all the improvements therein all and singular the rights members and appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging to her and their own use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. Also hath given granted and conveyed and by these presents doth give grant and convey the following personal property to wit: household furniture consisting of his cushion chairs and sofa, his marble top tables, carpet and [illegible] pictures also bedroom set, bedding &c., stove and cooking utensils. To have and to hold for her the said Nora Farmer and her children as aforesaid use benefit and behoof forever. In testimony whereof the said Robert Farmer hath hereto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written.

} Know all men by these presents that I Carl.
A. Epping, of said City and District, do hereby make, constitute, and
appoint Julious E. Epping of same city and district my true and
lawful attorney for me and in my name place and stead to grant bargain and
sell any part or all of my real property situate lying and being in Glynn
County, State of Georgia, and to make and execute titles to any purchaser
or purchasers of the same and to receive all sums of money arising from
said sale. Hereby giving to my said Attorney full power and
authority to act in the premises as fully and amply as I could do if I
were personally present.
Hereby ratifying and
confirming act that my said Attorney may lawfully do by virtue hereof.

that on this 21st day of May 1881 A.D. before we the undersigned a
Commissioner of Deeds for the state of Georgia, in and for the District of
Columbia, personally appeared Carl A. Epping, to we well known to
the identified person who executed the foregoing letter of Attorney, who
acknowledged the same to be his act and deed for the use and purposes
therein mentioned.
