      Glynn County          }  
      This Indenture made this fourth day of March, in the year of Our Lord 
      Eighteen hundred and Eighty two by and between Horace Dart, W.S. 
      Symons, Francis M. Dart, D.B. Stallings, and John B. Dart, of 
      the County and State aforesaid, of the first part, and Charles A. 
      Russell and Robert Farmer of the same place of the second part.  
      Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in 
      consideration of the sum of Twelve hundred dollars ($1200.00) to them in 
      hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the 
      receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge, hat granted, bargained, sold 
      and conveyed, and do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey, 
      unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, all 
      those sections of Old Town Lot Number one hundred and nineteen (119) in 
      the City of Brunswick, County and State aforesaid, known as sections five 
      (5) six (6) and seven (7) of said Old Town Lot number one hundred and 
      nineteen (119) as by George R. Baldwin's survey of said City of 
      Brunswick made A.D. 1837, and each of said sections containing thirty feet 
      on Newcastle Street by ninety feet running back to Richmond Street, making 
      an aggregate of ninety feet on New Castle Street by ninety feet running 
      back to Richmond Street, the line of said sections commencing at the line 
      of the sections of said lot owned by S.D. Hugh & Company and 
      running ninety feet on Newcastle in the direction of the present location 
      of the City Hall.
          To have and to hold the 
      said three sections of said lot of land to them the said Charles A. 
      Russell and Robert Farmer parties of the second part, their 
      heirs and assigns, together with all and singular the rights, members and 
      appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to them and 
      their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said
      Horace Dart, W.S. Symons, Francis M. Dart, D.B. Stallings, and 
      John B. Dart, parties of the first part for themselves, their heirs, 
      executors and
administrators, the said bargained premises to the said
      Charles A. Russell and Robert Farmer, parties of the second 
      part, their heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right 
      and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other 
      persons whomsoever.
          In witness whereof, the 
      said Horace Dart, W.F. Symons, Francis M. Dart, D.B. Stallings, and
      John B. Dart, parties of the first part have hereunto set their 
      hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above written.

      agreement between Littlefield & Tison a firm composed of S.C. 
      Littlefield and John M. Tison Jr. of the County and State 
      aforesaid warehousemen and wharf owners of the City of Brunswick, County 
      and State aforesaid parties of the first part and the Macon and Brunswick 
      Division of the East Tennessee Virginia and Georgia Railroad Company party 
      of the second party by J.M. Edwards Superintendent and duly 
      authorized agent for the purpose.  Witnesseth First that the parties 
      of the first part as aforesaid agree and contract to rent and lease to the 
      party of the second part aforesaid its [illegible] and assigns, a portion 
      of a warehouse now being rented by them on a portion of their water 
      front[?] known in the plan and map of the City of Brunswick, said County
