State of Georgia Chatham County
This Indenture made this twenty
first day of April in the year of our lord Eighteen hundred and fifty six
between George W. Garmony of the county and state aforesaid, of the one
part, and Robert Todd of the state aforesaid county of McIntosh of the
other part;
Witnesseth, that the said George
W. Garmony for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to
him in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, that granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed and doth by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
said Robert Todd his heirs and assigns one third of an undivided one half
interest in one hundred acres of land, more or less bounded on he west by the
town of Brunswick, on the east by Salt Marsh, towards the sea on the North by
land of Robert Hazlehurst, on the south by lands of Geo. Dupree
(now owned by Jac. Moore) always excepting two small portions of the
above mentioned and described tract or parcel of land together amounting to five
acres thirty one rods and sixty seven and one half feet sold and conveyed to
other parties under the joint deed of Jacob Moore, John R. Woods and
Gabriel Dix[?]--
To have and to hold the said
remaining part of One third of undivided one-half interest in tract or parcel of
land above mentioned and described unto the said Robert Todd his heirs
and assigns, together with all and singular the rights, members and
appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging or in anywise
appertaining, to his and their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said George W. Garmony
for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators the said bargained premises
unto the said Robert Todd his heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever
defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of
all other persons whomsoever claiming under them or either of them.

State of Georgia County of Fulton.
This Indenture made this 31st day
of July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty Nine
between Robert Todd of the county of Fulton, of the one part, and
Frances Champion Trustee of Janie M. Garmany and her Children, of the
county of Chatham of the other part.
Witnesseth, that the said Robert
Todd of the county aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of
fourteen hundred dollars ($1400.00) to him in hand paid at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Frances Champion
Trustee for Janie M. Garmany and her Children, their
heirs and assigns, all that tract of parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the county of Glynn adjoining the town of Brunswick, eastward from said town,
and being one third of an undivided one half Interest in one hundred acres of
land more or less, bounded on the west by the town of Brunswick, on the east by
Salt Marsh, towards the sea, on the west by lands of Robert Hazlehurst,
on the south by lands of Geo. Dupree (now Apr. 1 1856 owned by J.W.
Moore) always excepting two small portions of the above mentioned and
described tract or parcel of land together amounting to five acres thirty One
rods and sixty seven and a half feet, sold and conveyed to other parties under
the joint deed of Jacob W. Moore, John R. Woods, and Gabriel
Dix.
To have and to hold the said
remaining part of one third of undivided one half interest in tract or parcel of
land above described, with all and singular the rights, members and
appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging or in anywise appertaining,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said Francis Champion
as trustee for Janie M. Garmany and her children their heirs, executors,
Administrators and assigns, in fee simple;
And the said Robert Todd his
heirs, executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said
Francis Champion trustee for Janie Garmany and her Children their
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns against the said Robert Todd
his heirs executors and administrators and all and every other person or persons
shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.
In witness whereof the said Robert
Todd has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first
above written.

This Indenture made the sixth day
of February, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy One,
between Francis Champion, Trustee for Mrs. Jane M. Garmany and her
Children of Chatham County Georgia, of the first part, and Daniel Lott of
the county of Ware of the state of Georgia of the second part--
Witnesseth, that the said Frances
Champion Trustee for and in consideration of the sum of eight thousand
dollars to him in hand paid by the said Daniel Lott, at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released and
confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release and confirm unto the said Daniel Lott and to his heirs and
Assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Glynn
and state of Georgia adjoining the town of Brunswick eastward from said town and
being one-third of an undivided one-half interest in one hundred acres of land
more or less, bounded on the west by the town of Brunswick on the east by Salt
Marsh, towards the sea, on the North
by lands of Robert Hazlehurst, on the south by lands of Geo. Dupree
(now 1st of April 1856 owned by Jacob W. Moore) always excepting two
small portions of the above mentioned tract or parcel of land (as described)
together amounting to five acres thirty One rods and sixty seven and a half
feet, sold and conveyed to other parties under the joint deed of Jacob W.
Moore, John R. Woods, and Gabriel Dix.
Together with all and singular the
houses, out-houses, edifices, buildings, stables yards, Gardens, Liberties,
privileges, easements, commodities, emoluments, hereditaments, rights, members
and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
And the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand whatsoever, in law or in equity of the said Francis Champion
Trustee, of in or to the same, or any part or parcel thereof with the
appurtenances.
To have and to hold the said tract or
parcel of land and all and singular other the premises hereby granted,
bargained, sold aliened and confirmed, with the hereditaments and appurtenances
unto the said Daniel Lott his Heirs and assigns, to the only use and
behoof of the said Daniel Lott and his heirs and assigns forever, and to
and for no other use, intent or purpose whatsoever.
And lastly the said Francis
Champion Trustee, for himself and his successor and successors and his
heirs, the said tract of land and premises and premises unto the said Daniel
Lott and his heirs and assigns, against himself and his successors and heirs
and against all and every other person or persons, shall and will warrant and
forever defend by these presents.
In witness whereof the said
Francis Champion Trustee hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year
first above written.

Know All Men by these presents that
We Cornelius D. Van Wagenen of the state of New York, and Andrew J.
Roundtree of the county of Brooks and state first aforesaid, and Daniel
Lott of the county of Ware and state of Georgia, being tenants in common of
fifty One and three fourths acres of land, lying and being in the County of
Glynn and said state of Georgia and bounded northeast by the lands of U. Dart
Trustee, southeast by Salt Marsh, southwest by lands of Mrs. Riley (known
as the Jacob Moore lands) and northwest by the Macon &
