County of Glynn      }           This Indenture made and entered into this the Twenty ninth day of March in the year One thousand Eight hundred and Eighty four, between Wm. B.C. Coker as attorney in fact for James Frederick Crumbie and his Wife Kate I.A. resident Citizens of the State, County City of New York parties of the first part, and J.S. Ekford and wife C. Ekford of the City of Brunswick State of Georgia and County of Glynn, party of the second part.
          Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy Five Dollars, lawful money of the United States, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, at on before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have revised, released, and quit claimed and by these presents to revise, release and quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever. All that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being situated in the City of Brunswick Glynn County Georgia and known and distinguished in the plat of said City as New Town lot number Six hundred and Sixty eight and bounded as follows: on the North by “H” Street, East by “B” Street, South by lot number Six hundred and Sixty seven and West by lot number Six hundred and Seventy, agreeably to Baldwin’s survey of said City made in the year 1837, said lot or parcel of land containing thirty by ninety feet. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in

any wise appertaining and the revision and revisions, remainder and remainders, unto issues and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest Dower and right of Dower, property possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the said parties of the first part of in or to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.

Glynn County             }      This indenture made this tenth day of March in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty four between John I. Burns of the County of Glynn of the first part and Elias C. Peerson of the County of Glynn of the second part.
          Witnesseth that the said John I. Burns for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and Sixty five 00/100 Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the right whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Elias C. Peerson his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the City of Brunswick County of Glynn and State of Georgia being known and numbered on Baldwin’s Map of Brunswick 1837 as lot number 151 of the addition or New Town lots. The same having been conveyed to the said party of the first part by Charlotte C. Abbe widow

Glynn County       }      This Indenture made this thirteenth day of June in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Eighty four between J.S. Ekford and his wife C. Ekford of the County of Glynn of the first part and James R. Minehan of the County of Glynn of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said first parties, for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred (200) dollars, in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said second party his heirs and assigns, all that tract on or parcel of land situated lying and being in the New Town of the City of Brunswick, said State and County, known by George R. Baldwin’s survey of said City as New Town lot number Six hundred and Sixty eight (668), and bounded North by “H” Street, East by “B” Street, west by lot number Six hundred and Seventy (670) and South by lot Six hundred and Sixty seven (667). To have and to hold the said bargained premises and lot of land with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being and belonging or in any wise appertaining, to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said James R. Minehan, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in fee simple. And the said first parties, their heirs, executors and administrators, the said bargained lot of land and premises unto the said second party his heirs executors, administrators and assigns, against the said J.S. Ekford and C. Ekford their heirs, executors and administrators all and every other person or persons whatever shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.
          In witness whereof, the said first parties have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above

Glynn County   }      This Indenture made and entered into this the Twenty seventh day of September in the year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred and Eighty two[?] between A.I. Goodbread of said State and County of the one part and John Spears of the same place Trustee for Miss Maud Miller of the other part.
          Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of Forty eight dollars cash in hand paid the said A.I. Goodbread (at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) said John Spears as Trustee as aforesaid hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and doth by these presents bargain, sell and convey unto the said A.I. Goodbread for the use, benefit and advantage in trust for Martha J. Hickman for life (except from the marital rights of Putnam Hickman, the husband of the said Martha J. Hickman or any future Husband said Martha J. Hickman may have) for her sole and separate use, and on her decease to such child or children or representative of child or children as she may leave in life, to wit: All that lot or tract of land in the Twenty sixth district G.M. of said County containing Twelve acres agreeably to a survey made by E.V. Atkinson County surveyor of said County with all rights, members and appurtenances to said lot of land belonging or in anywise appertaining, said lot of land bounded on the North by lands owned by Miss Maude Miller, on the East and South by lands owned by the said A.I. Goodbread.
         
To have and to hold the above described property to him the said A.I. Goodbread in trust for said Martha J. Hickman and her children as above specified forever free from the debts, liabilities, obligations and control of the present or any future husband of the said Martha J. Hickman.
