Georgia Glynn County.
          Know all men by 
      these presents, that I, Mrs. Laura Southard, of said county and 
      State, am held and firmly bound unto Marcus A. Baker, of the same 
      place, in the just and full sum of One thousand dollars ($1000.00) for the 
      true payment whereof I hereby bind myself my heirs, executors and 
      administrators.
          The condition of this 
      obligation is such that whereas, I have this day contracted to sell to 
      said Marcus A. Baker the following property, to wit; the un-expired 
      lease-hold interest in and to all that tract, lot or parcel of land 
      situate, lying and being in the county and state aforesaid and in the city 
      of Brunswick therein and in that part of said city known as the town 
      commons and being known, numbered and designated on the official map of 
      said town Commons of file in the office of the clerk of the Mayor & 
      Council of said city as the western one-half (1/2) of town commons lot 
      number One hundred and forty four (144) lying between Albany, Wolfe "J" 
      and "K" Streets in said city, said half of said lot being bounded on the 
      east ninety feet (90) by the eastern half of said lot 144, on the north 
      ninety feet (90) by a portion of lot 143 on the west ninety (90) feet by a 
      portion of lot 145, together will all rights, members, improvements and 
      appurtenances to the same belonging or appertaining, said half of said lot 
      being under a lease granted by the Mayor & Council of said city for a term 
      of years expiring on the 2nd, day of March A.D. 1967, at and for the sum 
      of five hundred dollars ($500), Two hundred dollars of which the said 
      Marcus A. Baker has this day paid in cash the balance to be paid as 
      follows; one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid three months from this 
      date, one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid six months from this date, 
      these deferred payments not to bear interest until past due; now should 
      the said Marcus A. Baker well and truly pay said deferred payments 
      when the same shall fall due, then I hereby bind myself to make and 
      execute to him, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, or to 
      whomsoever he may in writing designate, a warranty deed conveying said 
      unexpired lease-hold interest in and to said lot of land hereinbefore 
      described, which being well and truly done then this bond to be void, else 
      of full force, virtue and effect, the said Marcus A. Baker is to 
      have at once full and complete possession and control of said property and 
      is to pay all taxes to become due thereon from this date.
          In witness whereof I have 
      hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal and delivered these presents, 
      this the 15th day of June A.D. 1904.

Georgia Glynn County.
          I, Geo. Hayes, 
      the undersigned of said county, have this day purchased from M.A. Baker 
      in consideration of eighty dollars to be paid as follows; three dollars 
      ($3) on Monday of each week until the full amount is paid, the following 
      personal property viz;
          One Dark Small Bay Mare 
      "Louise" formerly the property of D.J. Lissner, said personal 
      property is sold and delivered to me with the condition affixed to the 
      sale that the title thereto is to remain in the vendor until all the 
      purchase price shall have been paid in full.  If the said horse 
      should die, be damaged or destroyed before full payment of purchase price 
      the purchaser shall in no event be entitled to a recision of the contract 
      to an abatement in the price.  It is agreed that said horse shall not 
      be taken from Brunswick Ga, without the consent of the seller, and if such 
      be done or an attempt made to that and then all the indebtedness herein 
      described shall at once become due, with all rights preserved to the 
      sellers hereunder, and the said M.A. Baker may at once without 
      process of law, take possession of said property and enter my house or 
      premises for that purpose, against the payment of the indebtedness herein 
      named all homestead and exemption rights are waived.

State of Georgia Fulton County.
          This Indenture, 
      made the 26th day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred 
      and four between John S. Owens, of the county of Fulton and state 
      of Georgia of the first part and F. MCC. Brown of the county of 
      Glynn and state of Georgia of the second part;
          Witnesseth, that the said 
      party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of six Hundred 
      and fifty Dollars ($650.00) in hand paid at and before the sealing and 
      delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof his hereby acknowledged 
      has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed and by these 
      presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the 
      said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, all the following 
      described property to wit;
          Town Commons lot number 
      One hundred and Eleven (111) between Cochran Avenue and Stonewall Street.
          Also that portion of Town 
      Commons lot number forty nine (49) between Stonewall & Lee
