There are many stories, fiction and non, about Coastal Georgia and much of the information on this website should be linked from this History section; however, this page is going to be dedicated to historical information of unknown origins, oral histories passed down in families, random military records. Included on this page will be photos of historic buildings, people, etc., sort of a virtual tour perhaps. Another section that I will soon include is a "living history" page. What I mean by this is a page dedicated to relics, heirlooms, and treasures found or inherited. I have pieces of life left behind on plantations, and other sites that I will include photos of at a later date. If you have any humorous, serious, or just plain unusual stories about coastal Georgia or her people that you would like to share, please feel free to email me. Enjoy!
Books & Other Publications Books out of copyright have been typed by myself from online and library sources and placed at this website. Original scanned images of many of these books can be found online for free access. Also found here are recent publications and papers.
